New Developments

We have had the privilege of being able to sell some of the most exciting New Build Developments that have taken place in the Nailsea/Wraxall area in the last couple of years.


The Fairways

The Fairways was a new development of 9 three storey 4 and 5 Bedroom houses located on the Nailsea/Wraxall border of Lodge Lane. This was the first development in the area to use ‘Air Source Heat Pump’ for its heating instead of most normally used Gas Central Heating and it was a real success.
