Mark Hunter
Mark Hunter – Director –

Marks career began in the early 90’s working in corporate estate agency, based in both Nailsea and then Bristol. Mark then moved on to brokering Mortgages before opening Hunter Leahy in 1999. Mark leads a team of highly-motivated and professional staff, combining his wealth of local knowledge with credible sales experience to drive the business forward at all opportunities. Customer service is always at the forefront of our business says Mark.

Gino Resteginhi
Gino Resteginhi MNAEA - Office Manager -

Trained Chef Gino joined Hunter Leahy in 2006 as a sales negotiator and rapidly progressed through the ranks to his current role as Office Manager. Approachable, friendly and hardworking are just a few of Gino’s attributes contributing to his success, not just within the company but as a highly-regarded and respected estate agent in the area. A true ambassador to Hunter Leahy Gino says he prides himself on honesty and providing fair and accurate valuations.

Sarah Turner
Sarah Turner - Sales Manager -

Since joining Hunter Leahy in 2001 Sarah was already an accomplished saleswoman and after agreeing over 2000 property sales in her Hunter Leahy career, she’s become a very well-known local figure. A confident, straight talking individual, who is very focused in matching buyers to properties, Sarah has been a key player in the success of the company. Finding a buyer a home that they’d not normally consider is the best part of her job says Sarah.

Connor Taylor MNAEA
Connor Taylor MNAEA – Sales Consultant –

Connor grew up with a passion for property and in 2018 decided to implement this in his career. Leaving a role as a duty manager at a local leisure centre, Connor started his new career with Hunter Leahy with huge enthusiasm and a natural professionalism. This has resulted in Connor becoming a very valuable member of the team and we’re looking forward to seeing his career progress within the company. Connor say’s his dedication to the job is due to the interest he has within the property sector, coupled with his enjoyment of meeting new people on a daily basis.

Yvonne Godfrey
Yvonne Godfrey - Sales Progressor -

Yvonne has worked with Hunter Leahy since the company was first established in 1999. Her extensive area and industry knowledge, mixed with her calm approach makes her the ideal candidate to progress our clients sales through to a successful completion. Yvonne has built up great working relations with local solicitors and surveyors, aiding a quick and effective transaction for both buyers and sellers.

Leila Burleton
Leila Burleton – Lettings Manager –

Leila started working at Hunter Leahy in 2018 taking on the role of Lettings Administrator, however was quickly promoted within the same year to her current position as Lettings Manager. Leila worked as an estate agent over thirty years ago and after a few different jobs, she pursued her passion to get back in to the industry. Leila enjoys meeting new people and finding the right tenants for her landlords.

Chloe Hynam
Chloe Hynam – Property Manager –

Chloe joined the lettings team in 2018 after working in estate agency for two years prior. Her approachable manner and eagerness to help resolve issues suits her role as Property Manager. Further to this, Chloe has NVQ Level 3 in Leadership and Supervision and NVQ Level’s 2 and 3 in Lettings and Property Management, meaning our landlords and tenants are in capable but friendly hands. Chloe, keen to progress through the ranks, prides herself on her honesty and high standard of work, she’s organised and loves resolving maintenance issues quickly.

Ceri Smoldon
Ceri Smoldon - Administrator -

Ceri first joined the company in 2001 and has worked multiple roles within residential lettings during her career at Hunter Leahy. Her natural enthusiasm, hardworking attitude and industry knowledge result in the smooth running of the company. Ceri is a very valued member of the team and her trustworthy and friendly personality are welcoming to landlords, tenants and colleagues.

Luke Parle MNAEA
Luke Parle Director – Fine and Country

Luke’s estate agency career started with Hunter Leahy in 2005 and after three great years with the company he moved to London seeking to widen his experience in the industry. Luke ran two very successful offices at associate director level in a company with over 200 employees. The summer of 2019 saw Luke’s return where he joined forces with Mark and the team, opening Fine and Country North Somerset – a global brand specialising in luxury residential home sales. Luke’s says the key to his success has been his ability to adapt to different clients wants and needs, always remaining professional but approachable.
