The team is made up as follows:

Ashley Leahy: Director – Ashley heads up the estate agency team and carries out virtually all of the valuations and assessments. This affords consistency for the clients, and sensible valuations based on reality.

Mark Hunter: Director – Mark heads up the team for lettings in our sister office at 71 High Street. Marks unrivalled letting experience is very apparent, and if you are considering letting your property, he should be your first stop! Mark is ably assisted by Sue Edwards, Marian Winstone and Kim Mann.

Yvonne Godfrey: Director – Yvonne is a lady with great patience, a quality which is very much needed in her specialist role – Sales Progression. Once a sale is agreed on your property, you will deal exclusively with Yvonne, who will make sure that the solicitors do what they should, and when they should! For you, the client, having one point of contact is a much better service.

Sarah Turner: Sales Manager – Sarah is a most competent sales person, and I have to say the kind of agent that I would want to sell my property! Determined, pro-active and focused are just a few of Sarah’s attributes.

Luke Parle: Sales Negotiator – Luke is a very well mannered chap, and a very highly regarded member of the team. Luke has progressed immensely and offers clients excellent service. Keep up the good work Luke!

Gino Resteghini: Sales Consultant – Finally, but by no means least, is our most recent addition to the team! (You can be forgiven for not being able to pronounce the surname) Gino has been with us for about a year now, and I have to say, has settled in remarkably well.
