All viewings on your property are carried out by a trained, full time sales negotiator. We do not employ "viewing persons" unlike some of our competitors.
We will give you honest and constructive feedback after the viewings, generally the next day.
We will financially qualify any potential buyers for your property, ensuring that thay can afford it, thus reducing aborted sales.
We thoroughly check the status of your buyer with their estate agent, if applicable. Chains are inevitable these days, therefore we always take the time to make sure that they are complete.
Once we have agreed a sale on your property, you will receive one-on-one personal service from our sales progression department. Yvonne, one of the principals of the business carries out this service for you. (Anybody that has had an aborted sale/chain break down knows that this element of the business is key to a successful sale!)
