Whether our staff are new starters or have years of experience, membership equips us to be able to quickly and knowledgeably tackle changes in compliance ensuring that professional knowledge is always as up to date as possible.

Property Redress Scheme

All property agents and professionals carrying out estate, lettings and property management work in the property industry have a legal responsibility to join an authorised redress scheme and signpost this to their customer.  By joining the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), this ensures our businesses can comply quickly and easily with this requirement.

Independent Commissioners Office

We are also regulated by The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) which upholds information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals. Our staff are regularly trained in order to ensure that they understand and implement the safekeeping of your personal data.

Property Ombudsman

The Property Ombudsman's Codes of Practice for Residential Estate Agents and Residential Letting Agents have been approved by the Trading Standards Institute (TSI). The Codes provide a benchmark for our agency staff to work to ensuring a consistent service for consumers. By abiding by The Property Ombudsman’s Codes of Practice, we work to higher professional standards than are currently required within the industry therefore setting us aside from our competition.
